To create an account and use any of Banglewin's services, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- All personal details you provide — including your name, date of birth, address, and mobile number — must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but verification may be required if the same payment method or device is shared.
- You must register using your own details. Creating an account under someone else's name or with false information is strictly prohibited.
- Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
- Banglewin's services are not available in countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law. Registering from such locations is entirely at your own risk.
Warning: If a user registers with false information and this is later proven, all funds in the account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
After registration, Banglewin reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This process may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license.
Banglewin supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer for deposits and withdrawals. The following rules are strictly enforced for all transactions:
- Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Only payment methods registered in your name may be used for deposits. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- Withdrawals will always be processed via the same method used for the deposit. In exceptional cases, Banglewin may designate an alternative method.
- Withdrawals via bKash/Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
- KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is complete.
- In cases of money laundering or suspicious financial activity, Banglewin reserves the right to suspend transactions and notify the relevant authorities.
Security Note: All financial transactions on Banglewin are secured with SSL encryption and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Your banking details are never stored on our servers.
Banglewin offers various bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own specific terms clearly stated alongside the offer. General bonus terms include:
- Wagering Requirement: To withdraw after receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager at least 10 times the bonus amount.
- Bonus Validity: All bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being issued. Any bonus that expires will be automatically forfeited.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same person or household are not permitted.
- Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.80; otherwise, they will not count toward the wagering requirement.
- Casino and Sports Betting bonuses are managed separately and cannot be used interchangeably.
- Banglewin reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
Please Note: Read the terms carefully before activating any bonus. Once a bonus is activated, it cannot be cancelled, and the associated deposit cannot be withdrawn directly.
The following rules apply to all betting activity on Banglewin at all times — covering Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games:
- Minimum Bet: Generally ৳20, though this may vary depending on the game.
- Maximum Bet Limit: Separate limits apply to each event and market, and these are clearly displayed in the interface.
- Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the "Cash Out" feature is active and its conditions are met.
- Banglewin reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors, score discrepancies, or data feed issues during an event.
- If a live bet fails to go through due to a connection issue, it will not be placed and the amount will be refunded.
- Attempting to exploit the system through arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event — may result in forfeiture of the associated winnings.
For sports results, Banglewin follows the official announcements of international governing bodies (such as ICC, FIFA, and NBA) as final. In the event of any dispute, Banglewin's decision shall be considered final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Banglewin platform. Any suspicion of involvement will trigger an investigation, and confirmed violations will be met with severe consequences:
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
- Betting using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illicit funds.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
- Impersonating a Banglewin employee or representative.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users on the platform.
Consequences: Involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary.
Banglewin may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- For violating any part of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- When suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity are detected.
- If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
- When required by a court order or government authority.
